font-size: x-small;"&gt;Iniziamo a tagliare l'avocado a metà e togliete il seme e la buccia, tagliamo anche il crescione (oppure la&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #333333; line-height: 19px;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: x-small;"&gt;valeriana) l'importante è che le foglie rimangano intere, la parte da tagliare è giusto il gambetto finale.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #333333; line-height: 19px;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: x-small;"&gt;Versiamo una o due manciate di farina in una ciotola, buttiamoci dentro le nostre mazzancolle e giriamole per bene in modo che la farina si attacchi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #333333; line-height: 19px;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: x-small;"&gt;Per la salsa rosa prendiamo un altra ciotola e mettiamoci la maionese, il&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: x-small;"&gt;ketchup, un goccio di salsa Worcester e il whisky, sale e pepe mescoliamoli per bene, aggiungiamoci poi metà limone spremuto (gli altri limoni li useremo come guarnizione nel piatto).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: x-small;"&gt;Attenzione assaggiamo la salsa e regoliamoci sulla quantità di sale e pepe che desiderate:-))&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: x-small;"&gt;Scaldiamo una padella a fuoco vivo e quando sarà calda versiamoci un pò d'olio d'oliva, schiacciamo e tritiamo finemente l'aglio e buttiamolo nella padella, subito dopo aggiungiamoci le mazzancolle.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: x-small;"&gt;Durante la cottura aggiungiamoci sale e pepe e facciamole saltare come si fà con le omelettes,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: x-small;"&gt;aggiungiamo la paprika solo a fine cottura in modo che si formi un leggera crosta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: x-small;"&gt;Prendiamo due piatti e disponiamoci due mezzi avocado, versiamoci la salsa rosa mettendoci sopra il crescione (o valeriana) e di fianco mettiamoci le mazzancolle, versiamo per finire un filo d'olio e un po di paprika e disponiamo le fettine di limone ai lati del piatto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; Aggiungete il succo di mezzo limone, lo yogurt, un pizzico di sale e pepe e metà del peperoncino tritato.&lt;br /&gt;Quando il pane è quasi pronto, o comunque, caldo, tagliate i filetti di salmone e spalmateci sopra la salsa (non siamo riusciti a trovarla, al suo posto, abbiamo preparato una salsa con un pò di yogurt e di polvere di tandoory e un pizzico di curry, aggiunta sul salmone a fine cottura); quindi cuocete il salmone con un pò d'olio.&lt;br /&gt;Preparate il piatto mettendo un pane naan, la salsa col cetriolo, il salmone, qualche foglia di coriandolo, qualche pezzetto di cetriolo e un pò di peperoncino.&lt;br /&gt;P.s. Gustatevi questo piatto con una buona panachè&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Complimenti a Jamie per questa ricetta (ad uno dei nostri amici non piaceva per niente il cetriolo ma l'ha comunque gradito molto). le spezie, mescolate ad un filo d'olio, verranno distribuite sulla carne subito prima della cottura.&lt;br /&gt;Mentre fate cuocere la carne con dell'olio d'oliva preparate i piatti con la ciabatta dove appoggerete la carne, una manciata di crescione (valeriana), un pò di limone, ed il fungo.
